Everything you need to know about how Deligatr works, what to expect, and whether managed AI outbound is right for your business.
What is Deligatr?5
Deligatr is a fully managed AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) service. Instead of buying software you have to learn and operate yourself, you hand us your ideal customer profile and we run your entire outbound pipeline — prospect research, email infrastructure, copywriting, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), response handling, and meeting booking. You receive qualified, pre-briefed meetings directly in your calendar.
Managed means a real team operates your outbound every day — not software that sits idle waiting for you to configure it. We handle ICP research, domain infrastructure, copywriting, deliverability monitoring, response qualification, meeting scheduling, and weekly optimisation. Your time investment is one 1-hour ICP workshop and a 30-minute check-in call each week. Everything else is us.
No. Deligatr is not a DIY SaaS tool. You don't configure campaigns, write sequences, or monitor deliverability. You get a dedicated account manager, a reporting dashboard you can check any time, and meetings added to your calendar. It's closer to having a full outbound team than buying software.
Those tools give you software and a tutorial — then the work is yours. Instantly requires 40–60 hours of setup and 20+ hours of monthly management. Artisan and 11x are expensive autonomous AI tools that still require strategic input. Deligatr is different because we manage everything: infrastructure, copywriting, deliverability, responses, and booking. The difference is outcomes (meetings) versus tools (software).
Deligatr delivers the strongest ROI for B2B companies selling high-ticket products or services (£5,000–£500,000+ deal sizes). That includes: founders doing founder-led sales who want to scale without hiring, agency and consultancy owners who want predictable pipeline, growth-stage VP Sales with SDR hiring gaps, and any B2B company where one new client more than pays for the service. It's not a fit for B2C companies, deal values below £2,500, or businesses where phone cold-calling is the primary channel.
Setup & Onboarding6
Most clients are live within 5–7 business days. Day 1 is your ICP strategy workshop (1 hour). Days 1–3 we build your infrastructure — dedicated outreach domains, full email authentication, CRM integration. Days 2–5 we write and human-review your first campaign sequences. Days 5–7 we launch. Week 2+ meetings start appearing in your calendar.
One 60-minute ICP workshop. That is genuinely all we need from you upfront. We will ask about your target industries, company sizes, seniority levels, key buying triggers, and competitive positioning. After that session, we build everything — no technical setup from your side.
No. We build your prospect lists from scratch using a 450M+ verified contact database, enriched with real-time intent signals. If you already have a list you'd like us to use or supplement, we can do that too — we'll verify and enrich it before outreach.
We integrate natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Close. All prospect data, campaign activity, email and LinkedIn engagement, and booked meeting outcomes sync automatically. If you use a different CRM, speak to your account manager — most can be accommodated via Zapier or direct API.
No — and this is deliberate. We never send outreach from your primary business domain. Doing so risks blacklisting your domain and damaging every email you send, including transactional and client communications. We create dedicated outreach domains that mirror your brand (e.g. getdeligatr.ai instead of deligatr.ai), warm them fully, and connect them to our infrastructure. Your primary domain is untouched.
Week 1: ICP workshop, infrastructure build, CRM integration, first campaign draft and approval. Week 2: Campaigns live, first outreach sending, response handling active. Week 3–4: Optimisation based on early engagement data, first meetings hitting calendars for most clients. Month 2+: Ongoing volume ramp, A/B testing, weekly check-in calls, monthly performance reviews.
Email Deliverability5
We achieve inbox delivery rates above 90% consistently. This is because we use a pool of 10,000+ pre-warmed outreach mailboxes, each with full SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication. We monitor bounce rates (kept below 2%), spam complaint rates (kept below 0.1%), and sender reputation daily. DIY campaigns average 50–90% inbox rates because most operators lack the infrastructure management experience to maintain them.
Email warming is the process of gradually increasing send volume from a new mailbox to build sender reputation with Gmail, Outlook, and other providers. A brand-new mailbox that suddenly sends 100 cold emails per day is flagged as spam immediately. Warmed mailboxes with established positive engagement history land reliably in the inbox. We pre-warm all our infrastructure — you never wait for this process.
Yes. Since Google and Yahoo tightened bulk sender requirements in 2024–2025, we ensure every campaign meets: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication on all sending domains; spam complaint rates below the 0.1% threshold; one-click unsubscribe headers on all messages; and physical sender address compliance. We adapted to Gmail's permanent rejection policy for non-compliant senders immediately when it came into effect in November 2025.
We send no more than 40–50 emails per mailbox per day. This is a deliberate deliverability decision — exceeding this threshold triggers spam filters across all major providers. By spreading volume across our 10,000+ mailbox pool, we achieve high total send volumes while keeping per-mailbox volumes safe.
We monitor all sending domains continuously for blacklist status across every major blacklist provider. If a domain shows degraded performance, we rotate it out immediately and replace it with a fresh pre-warmed domain from our pool — with zero interruption to your campaign. This is one of the core advantages of managed infrastructure vs. managing your own 10–15 domains.
Copywriting & Personalisation5
No. Every sequence is written and approved by a human copywriter and your account manager before anything sends. Our AI assists with prospect research — pulling company news, job changes, funding events, product launches, and LinkedIn activity to surface genuine personalisation angles. Humans write the final message. Recipients regularly tell our clients the outreach reads like a personal introduction from someone who actually researched them.
Our in-house copywriting team writes every sequence, assisted by AI research tools. Every campaign is reviewed by your dedicated account manager before launch. You also get a pre-launch review — you can request edits before a single email sends. Once live, copy is continuously A/B tested and refined based on reply rate data.
We personalise at two levels. At the segment level, messaging is tailored to each industry vertical, company size band, and buyer role. At the individual level, our AI research layer pulls fresh signals for each prospect — recent company news, leadership changes, hiring patterns, technology signals — so the opening line of each email references something genuinely relevant to that specific person at that specific moment.
We support outreach in 100+ languages. Our AI research and copywriting process works natively in the target language — we do not translate English copy into other languages. This matters because machine-translated outreach is detectably unnatural. If you are targeting French manufacturing firms, French copywriters review the French sequences.
Yes, always. You receive a pre-launch review of every campaign sequence before anything goes live. You can request edits, tone adjustments, or messaging pivots at that stage. Once campaigns are running, you can request copy changes at any weekly check-in and we'll implement them in the next optimisation cycle.
Results & Expectations6
This depends heavily on your offer, ICP specificity, and average deal size. For clients selling high-ticket B2B (£5K–£100K+ ACV) with a clearly defined ICP, we typically see 10–25 qualified meetings per month on the Growth plan. Our WebTec case study achieved 2× meeting volume and a 60% CAC reduction in Q1. We always set realistic expectations in your ICP workshop based on your specific market.
Most clients see their first booked meetings in weeks 4–6. Week 1 is infrastructure and campaign build. Weeks 2–3 are outreach launch and early optimisation. The cadence builds from there as the AI learns which messages resonate best with your ICP and our team refines targeting based on real engagement data.
Industry-wide cold email reply rates averaged 5.8% in 2024 — down 15% year-on-year as inboxes get noisier. Our managed campaigns consistently outperform this benchmark through better personalisation and infrastructure. For well-optimised campaigns targeting a clear ICP, we typically achieve 2–5% reply rates, with positive (interested) reply rates of 0.5–2%. At 1,000 contacts per week, that translates to 5–20 interested prospects per week entering qualification.
We track cost per qualified meeting, pipeline sourced (based on your average deal size multiplied by meetings booked), and conversion to revenue where clients share close data. For most clients, a single closed deal covers 3–6+ months of the service cost. We report these metrics weekly in your dashboard so ROI visibility is immediate.
If meeting volume is below target after the first 60 days, we conduct a full campaign audit — targeting, copy, offer framing, and channel mix. We adjust the strategy, not the bill. Our account managers are compensated on client retention, which means their incentives are aligned with your results, not just initial onboarding.
Yes. Our published WebTec case study shows a 60% reduction in customer acquisition cost, 2× meeting volume, predictable pipeline replacing unpredictable Meta ad spend, and profitability restored in Q1. Additional case studies are available on request during your discovery call — we match relevant examples to your industry and deal size.
Pricing & Contracts6
Plans start from £1,200/month. Full pricing details including what is included at each tier are on our Pricing page. All plans include infrastructure, copywriting, multi-channel outreach, response handling, meeting booking, CRM integration, and a dedicated account manager — no hidden add-ons.
Significantly. A fully loaded in-house SDR costs £80,000–£130,000 per year when you factor in salary, benefits, employer taxes, tools (CRM, Sales Navigator, data providers), training, management overhead, and the £50,000–£100,000 cost to replace them when they leave (average SDR tenure is 14–16 months). Deligatr's annual cost is £14,400–£33,600 — a saving of 60–80% — while delivering higher volume, better deliverability, and zero turnover risk.
Traditional human SDR agencies (SalesRoads, CIENCE, Memory Blue) charge £2,500–£11,000 per month, take 4–8 weeks to onboard, operate during business hours only, handle 200–400 contacts per week, and are subject to staff turnover. Deligatr charges £1,200–£2,800/month, launches in 5–7 days, operates 24/7 in 100+ languages, handles 1,000+ contacts per week, and has zero turnover risk.
No long-term lock-in. After an initial 3-month onboarding period (which covers infrastructure build, campaign optimisation, and ramp-up), plans run month-to-month. You can pause, scale up, or cancel with 30 days notice.
The 3-month minimum exists because outbound campaigns take time to optimise. Weeks 1–2 are infrastructure and launch. Weeks 3–6 are early optimisation based on engagement data. Weeks 7–12 are when the campaign hits its stride with refined targeting, proven copy, and an established sending reputation. Clients who exit before 12 weeks rarely see the full potential of the campaign — the 3-month minimum protects them from under-investing in the channel.
Every plan includes: ICP research and list building from 450M+ verified contacts; dedicated outreach domain infrastructure with 10,000+ pre-warmed mailboxes; full SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration; human-reviewed copywriting for all sequences; multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp; AI + human response handling and lead qualification; meeting booking directly to your calendar; CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close); weekly performance dashboard; dedicated account manager; and weekly strategy check-in calls.
GDPR & Compliance5
Yes. We operate under the legitimate interest legal basis for B2B cold outreach, as permitted by GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and the UK PECR regulations for business-to-business communications. Every outreach sequence includes a one-click unsubscribe mechanism, physical sender address, and clear identification of the sender. We maintain data processing agreements and can provide documentation on request.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link compliant with Gmail's list-unsubscribe header requirements. Opt-outs are processed within 24 hours and synced to a suppression list across all active campaigns. Unsubscribed contacts are permanently suppressed from all future outreach. We honour opt-outs globally across all your campaigns.
We comply fully with CAN-SPAM requirements for all US-targeted outreach: accurate sender identification, clear subject lines, physical postal address in every message, functioning one-click opt-out processed within 10 business days, and no deceptive headers. CAN-SPAM fines run to $50,120 per violation — compliance is non-negotiable.
We collect publicly available B2B professional data: name, job title, company, work email, LinkedIn profile, and company firmographic data. This data is used solely to run your outbound campaigns. We do not sell data to third parties. Data is retained only as long as needed for active campaigns plus the statutory retention period. Full data handling details are in our Data Processing Agreement, available on request.
The EU AI Act phases in through August 2026 and introduces transparency requirements for AI systems that interact with people. Our human-in-the-loop approach means a human reviews every outreach sequence before it sends and handles all prospect responses. We document our AI decision-making processes and can provide transparency documentation as the Act's requirements come into effect.
Channels & Technology5
We run coordinated multi-channel campaigns across three channels: email (primary volume channel, 1,000+ per week on Growth), LinkedIn (connection requests, InMail, profile views, and engagement signals), and WhatsApp (for markets and seniority levels where it's appropriate and compliant). Behavioural triggers coordinate the sequence — a LinkedIn view before an email increases reply rates by 15–30% in our data.
No. Cold calling is not part of our current service. Our outbound system operates across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. If cold calling is critical to your sales process, Deligatr is not currently the right fit — we'll tell you that upfront.
AI is used for: prospect research (identifying company news, hiring signals, technology stack, funding events, job changes); prospect scoring (ranking the 1,000+ contacts per week by likely receptivity); personalisation signal extraction (pulling the most relevant hook for each individual); and campaign performance analysis (identifying which subject lines, CTAs, and sequences are outperforming). Humans write all copy, review all campaigns before launch, handle all responses, and make all strategic decisions.
We pull from multiple data sources to ensure accuracy: our primary contact database (450M+ verified B2B contacts), real-time LinkedIn signal monitoring, company news and press release feeds, funding databases (Crunchbase, PitchBook signals), technology stack detection, job posting analysis, and intent data providers. Email addresses are verified through multi-step validation before outreach. We maintain data accuracy above 85% — industry average is 60–70%.
Yes, within the constraints of our infrastructure security. We use best-in-class deliverability infrastructure, enterprise-grade email warm-up and monitoring, multi-source data enrichment providers, and a proprietary AI research layer built on top of leading LLMs. Full technology stack details are available in your onboarding documentation and on request during the discovery call.
Account Management5
You have one named account manager who owns your campaign from day one. They run your ICP workshop, write campaign briefs, review copy before launch, monitor performance daily, run your weekly check-in call, and send your monthly performance report. There are no ticket queues or rotating support agents.
Standard cadence is a 30-minute weekly check-in call to review performance, discuss any prospect feedback, agree optimisation priorities, and preview the coming week's campaigns. You also receive a monthly deep-dive performance report. Between calls, your account manager is reachable via email for any urgent queries.
You have a live performance dashboard showing: contacts outreached this week/month/total; open rates by campaign; reply rates by campaign and sequence; positive reply rates; meetings booked; meetings attended; pipeline sourced (deal value multiplied by meetings). Weekly snapshot reports are emailed every Monday. Monthly comprehensive reports cover campaign analysis, ICP optimisation recommendations, and next-month strategy.
Yes. You can request campaign pauses, targeting changes, copy revisions, or channel mix adjustments at any weekly check-in. For urgent changes — for example, if your offer or pricing has changed — contact your account manager directly and changes are implemented within 24 hours.
Your campaign runs on documented processes, not in someone's head. All ICP settings, campaign history, copy, optimisation notes, and performance data are stored centrally. If your account manager changes, there is a structured handover period — minimum two weeks — before transition. Continuity is built into our operating model.
