Documentation

No black boxes. Here is exactly how it works.

Everything Deligatr does, explained in full: the process, the research pipeline, the infrastructure, the AI messaging layer, and exactly who owns your data. Written to be checked, not just believed.

Why this exists

A managed service should not be a black box

Most outbound vendors describe outcomes and hide the mechanism. This documentation exists because we would rather you understand exactly what you are evaluating, including where the limits are, than sell you on a system you cannot verify. If something here raises a question, the FAQ on each page is a good next step, and a strategy call can cover anything more specific.

Questions about this documentation

Why does Deligatr publish this much detail about how it works?
Because a managed service that cannot explain its own process is asking for blind trust, and that is a bad basis for a business relationship. Every stage of this documentation is written to be checked, questioned, and understood, not just believed.
Is this documentation the same as the product pages for DeliHub, DeliMail, and the rest of the Deli Suite?
No. The Deli Suite pages describe individual tools and their features. This documentation explains the process and reasoning behind how those tools are used together, the why and how, not just the what.
Where should I start if I am new to how Deligatr works?
Start with How It Works for the full six-stage process overview, then go deeper into whichever specific area matters most to you, research, infrastructure, messaging, or data.
Who is this documentation written for?
Anyone evaluating Deligatr who wants a real answer instead of a marketing summary, technical buyers, compliance officers, and business owners who want to understand exactly what they would be paying for before a call.
