When we analysed the market in 2025, every competitor was selling software. Instantly. Artisan. 11x. B2B Rocket. All tools. All requiring the buyer to become an expert in email infrastructure, deliverability, copywriting, and campaign management.
Meanwhile, community forums — Reddit, Slack, G2 reviews — were full of frustrated buyers. "1,400 emails sent, 0 responses." "It's like buying a Tesla you can't steer." The tools were powerful. The operators were overwhelmed.
The gap was obvious: a managed service that combined AI infrastructure with human strategic oversight, priced below a human SDR agency, and requiring zero technical expertise from the client. Nobody was building it. So we did.

Jody co-founded Deligatr after leading and scaling sales operations at Webtec — a digital agency where he identified that Meta ads were delivering meetings at £400 CAC with a 50% no-show rate. Rather than accept that as a cost of growth, he built a better system.
Over the past 12 months, he closed over $1.5 million in website sales at Webtec, built a sales team sustaining a 25%+ close rate, and increased team upsell rates from 5% to 25%. The outbound infrastructure he designed for Webtec became Deligatr — a commercial product now used by agencies and B2B teams across multiple verticals.
He holds a BSc in Business Management & Leadership from Coventry University and is fluent in English and Spanish. He operates across Webtec and Deligatr from Spain, working with leadership teams, sales operators, and technical partners to build revenue systems that actually work at scale.
