1. Introduction
Welcome to Deligatr, a service owned and operated by J&H Sales Solutions LLC, located at 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
By accessing or using our website, software, or AI-powered SDR services — including our free or paid CRM plans — you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Use of Our Services
You agree to use Deligatr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Misuse or reverse engineer our system
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use Deligatr to send unlawful, harmful, or spam content
- Violate any applicable laws regarding outreach, data, or privacy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these Terms.
3. No Guarantees or Financial Promises
Deligatr is an AI-powered prospecting and outreach tool.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific revenue
- Lead volume
- Appointment volume
- Business outcomes
All results depend on offer quality, niche, target markets, competition, and other external variables.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Managed Services and Custom Agreements
Pricing, recurring subscriptions, setup fees, or revenue-share arrangements for managed services are governed by client-specific agreements. Payments are due according to the invoicing schedule agreed with you. Failure to pay may result in paused or terminated services.
4.2 Free CRM Plan
Deligatr offers a free CRM plan. By registering, you agree to receive communications from Deligatr about our other products and services, including DeliChat, DeliMail, DeliReach, and DeliVoice, via email, SMS, or phone.
If you opt out of these communications, your free CRM plan will convert to a paid plan billed at $197/month. You may opt back in to these communications at any time to return to the free plan.
4.3 Card-on-File and Automatic Billing
By providing payment card details, you authorise Deligatr (via J&H Sales Solutions LLC) to automatically charge that card for your subscription and platform usage, including recurring monthly fees and any usage-based charges described in Section 4.4. This authorisation remains in effect until you remove your payment method or cancel your account.
4.4 Usage-Based Charges
Certain features, including SMS and voice calling, are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis in addition to any subscription fee. You are only charged for usage you incur. Usage charges are billed to the card on file as they accrue or on your regular billing cycle.
4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel a self-serve subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not refund amounts already billed for the current period. Outstanding usage-based charges up to the point of cancellation remain payable.
4.6 Additional Usage and Add-Ons
Additional domains, inboxes, seats, or other add-ons beyond what is included in a plan may be purchased separately, at the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, code, prompts, workflows, branding, and website content belong to J&H Sales Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce any part of Deligatr without written permission.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Deligatr integrates with external platforms (e.g., email service providers, CRM systems, data tools, and payment processors).
We are not responsible for outages, failures, limits, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- J&H Sales Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the last 30 days.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
